Award Criteria
The Training Award, sponsored by Remit, makes a welcome return to the Motor Trader Awards. The category is open to all franchised and independent dealers and car brands operating in the UK.

The judges will be looking for evidence of innovative and successful training schemes which have raised standards of professionalism and boosted revenues. They will also acknowledge systematic approaches towards training as an investment in the workforce.

Open to all franchised and independent dealers and car brands. Training programmes must have raised professionalism and revenues. Judges will consider systematic approaches to training. Entrants need to submit a supporting statement (500 word maximum) outlining why they should be considered for this award.
