Award Criteria
Motor Trader’s Salesperson of the Year Award, sponsored by EMaC makes its welcome debut in 2012.

This new category will go beyond excellence in new and used car sales by also acknowledging and rewarding best practice in up-selling. The Motor Trader Awards judges will look for clear evidence of a successful track record in added value sales across service plans, warranties and finance. This category is open to all sales staff in franchised and independent dealerships.

Open to sales staff at franchised and independent dealerships. Entrants need to show evidence of successful new or used vehicle sales. Entrants need to show evidence of successful up-selling across service plans, warranties and finance. Entrants need to submit a supporting statement (500 words maximum) outlining why they should be considered for this award.
