To enter please download the Call for Entries brochure and complete the entry form on page 3. The entry deadline is 7 April 2010.

To help us assess your entry we need a supporting statement ( 5oo words maximum). Please provide this typed on a seperate sheet using these headings:

> Background on your business and a brief history

> The reasons why your entry should win

> How are you better than your competitors

> How has your business improved based on the category’s entry criteria

> How has the business benefited financially as a result of improvements in this category (Please note all financial information supplied will be treated in strict confidence)

To make sure your entry is complete, you should be sending us the following:

> Your completed entry form

> Your typed 500 word statement

> Supporting material (e.g  brochures, press cuttings,  company accounts bound into an A4 folder)
